To ensure the comfort of our patients and staff please read the following before visiting Shanakiel Hospital:

• Please use hand hygiene facilities on entering and leaving the hospital.
• Please comply with our visiting times - 2:00pm – 4:30pm and 6:00pm – 9:00pm
• Do not visit the hospital if you have had diarrhoea or vomiting in the last three days.
• Do not visit if you feel unwell yourself or if you think you may be an infection risk to others.
• Do not visit if you have taken alcohol or drugs.
• Please comply with visiting times.
• Ensure children are supervised.
• Do not sit or lie on patient’s bed.
• Do not access unauthorised areas.
• Have consideration for staff who are delivering care to a patient.
• Have consideration for other patients needs.
• Comply with No Smoking Legislation.
